The Cosmic Joke

I have had a lot of time and opportunity to study myself, other human beings, and society—from which I withdrew—from a distance… I found that there are a few significant markers that we as individuals and as a society have in common and which I see as the roots of our problems:
Separation, lack of trust, lack of compassion, and lack of individuated education. From there grow feelings like loneliness, unworthiness, and a sense of lost-ness, from which derive our modern society’s physical ailments like cancer or heart disease. I also count fear and the need for competitiveness to this list of diseases. From these come wars, trash-filled oceans, and deforestation. 

When I look at this chain of cause and effect I can only come to this one conclusion:
The only way out of our dilemma is the way into the heart.

The heart vibrates on the level of love, compassion and unity. Being in the heart means tuning into and being driven by these frequencies. And, in fact, for mine, yours, and humanity’s development this is the great goal we should reach for. It would solve all of our problems! Here is what I think is why: If everyone would vibrate on that heart frequency we would all be supporting each other, sharing our goods, and being healthier and happier. Wars would disappear, the waters would be clean, and our air would be fresh and nourishing everywhere. Imagine!

(Footnote for earthy realists like me: Of course we will not return to tribal right away as long as we´re not being forced to. But! We can move from fear-driven to heart-connected very fast if we constantly practice.)

For a long time I was chewing on how to share what I often experienced and what I call “The Cosmic Joke”.  Now I found it in one of Christina von Dreien’s books. It goes like this:

Hundreds and hundreds of thousands of years ago, we as divine beings of love and light who were willing, courageous, and crazy enough to start a great experiment. Planet Earth was supposed to be the stage of an adventurous play which could be called ‘The Game of Forgetting’.  Back then we as souls, who are incarcerated here today, consciously agreed to be the actors on that stage and our experiment’s ambitious goal was to find out if it was possible to ascend together with our planet and with our physical bodies. This has never been done before. Throughout the universe, it is common for individual souls and whole civilizations to ascend. But always only with their consciousnesses. Moving to higher dimensions has never been done physically. This ambitious goal would need higher stakes. To gain enough momentum for this jump we needed to start at a very dense and gloomy point. So we took the risk of a collective general anesthesia and agreed on forgetting completely who we are and where we came from. To enter the stage we even had to forget our forgetting!

Here we are now. Wandering around with serious faces.
(End of joke.) 

We repeat what never truly fills the void inside because we keep searching for solutions outside when all we really need is to remember to look within.

We ARE Love, we ARE light! Freedom, joy, fulfillment, and peace are our soul’s natural state and therefore our birthright. We are immensely brave and slightly crazy souls who got this far already. At the end of this experiment we will rewrite the history of the universe!

How long it will take until we wake up as a collective is every individual’s own decision and then depends on the number of souls that are awakening. But for some years I feel that we are getting close. As soon as we reach the critical mass the whole thing will tilt and cause a snowball effect. From that point on staying asleep will be much harder and everyone who makes the decision that it is time will wake up. 

At the point in this experiment where we are standing now, the responsibility lies in our hands.

To wake up each one of us has to show up with the same courage that was needed to fall into the deep forgetting. The fact that you are here on Earth proves that you naturally possess a great amount of confidence and a deep sense of trust that all will be well in the end. Even, if you don’t feel so much of it right now. 

Why do we need courage and what else can we do to raise our vibration? 

Our current social structure is still run by the systems of the sleeping. While we sleep and dream, we are usually not aware of it. Waking up leaves us with the responsibility to take the course of events into our own hands. For our personal lives as well as for our planet.

Living from the heart doesn’t mean being nice! It means finding your own truth inside. It means speaking your truth even if no one around you agrees. It means being yourself without masks and being a little crazy from time to time. Remember that ‘No.’ is a full sentence and doesn’t require any further explanation.

It is an honor to be on Earth as a human being at this point in history. Recognize the value of every second of your past and your present. Gratitude, joy, acceptance, forgiveness, and honesty are all different forms love. Allow them into your life. Surround yourself with likeminded people. Unplug from all media channels that weigh you down and rather concern yourself with the beauty around you. Love yourself. Follow your heart’s impulses. Have fun. It means to be the YOU who you actually are. As soon as you ride that wave it will carry you toward who you can be and this is your calling!

What is still blocking our heart?

Often we find that our hearts are closed. Unresolved trauma is what is blocking the upward flow of energy through the first three chakras. These lower chakras are based in energies concerning survival and our relationship to ourselves and to others. When we step by step resolve the trauma that resides in these areas we are cleaning the pathway and the energy can again flow freely and abundantly into the heart chakra.

Healing those trapped energies and finally letting them go is what moves us forward in our evolution and leads us straight into the live we deserve.
