INTEGRATION
You do not need to have had a ceremony to come to integration. Life itself gives us enough material. A transition, a loss, a relationship pattern, a spiritual opening, a period of confusion, a deep feeling that something has to change.
Integration means bringing scattered parts of yourself back into relationship. Letting insights become choices. Letting emotional processes find language and direction. Learning how to stay connected to what is true when life continues, with its relationships, responsibilities, patterns, triggers, and questions.
Our work reaches far beyond plant medicine. For us, integration is not an afterthought to ceremony.
In many ways, it is the most important part.
