THE SETTING
Uvita, Costa Rica
Ten minutes above Uvita, in primary rainforest with no neighbors and no city noise. Monkeys, toucans, macaws. A food forest -- coconut palms, guanabana, mangosteen, medicinal herbs, cacao. Next to one of the houses, ayahuasca grows.
A waterfall is three minutes on foot. The ocean is twelve minutes away, at Whale Tail National Park.
The setting prepares you before the ceremony begins.
THE RETREAT
The whole container,
just for you.
The program is what we do -- ceremonies, integration, kambô where it fits, sananga, yoga, shared meals. The difference is that the whole container holds just you.
Our complete attention on one person. The integration conversations can be longer, the days take their own pace, and nothing is diluted by group dynamics.
This can be deeply nourishing. It can also be confronting.
We pay attention to both.
"Wanted to say thank you for such a beautiful few days in your incredible home. I felt so safe and welcomed and to say the whole experience was healing is an understatement, I feel like each day a new flurry of emotions and epiphanies are coming my way. Something opened up and it feels great. So thank you to you both. Hope the next retreat in Nosara is beautiful, please say hello to Guido. I feel sorry for them that they won't be able to eat at Infinity Kitchen!!"

A DAY AT THE RETREAT
The deliberate absence
of activity is part of
the healing process.
After ceremony, we meet for brunch at 11. Integration follows — tea, cocoa, conversation. The rest of the day is yours: yoga, sleep, nature, a massage, a walk, the ocean. We meet again at 7pm.
The daily rhythm adapts to you.

WHAT YOU MUST KNOW
Preparation
Your body will be well prepared by abstaining from certain foods, drugs, and depleting activities. We recommend avoiding pork, refined sugars, recreational drugs, alcohol, allopathic medication, and sex for eight days before the retreat. Eating and living as organically as possible, exercising your body, and engaging in activities that serve you will positively affect your experience. Be mindful, and do not waste your energy in the time close to the retreat. You want to arrive as relaxed and strong as possible.
More often than not, the process starts with your commitment. Your dreams may change as soon as you sign up for an experience like this, and your issues can surface. If you need to talk to us or have any vital questions, we're here.
